My daughter temperature rises to 37.5 degrees, so we given calpol 250mg 2.5ml, then the temperature remain normal after 6hrs temperature again increased to 38.3. Then we given the calpol again but after 6hrs the temperature is increasing. Any additional antibiotics is required to take ?
