Intermenstrual bleeding
I m having irregular menstrual bleeding like 1month it is normal and just after ten ir twenty days some brownish thick clot like blood is coming out . I m having bachache and burning micturition also. Plz suggest what to do

There can be a lot of causes of irregular periods including medications , pregnancy , thyroid disorder ,pcos ,polyp,  ovarian cyst etc.. You cn get done an ultrasound pelvis , CBC ,TSH and prolactin as baseline initial investigation of choice..
