Interloop adhesions
Kindly tell me what does interloop adhesions mean....I underwent Proctectomy+Ileal pouch anal anastomosis on 01st November 2019..Was having stoma problems,thats why underwent open ileostomy closure,instead of the routine small procedure on 25th Jan 2020..Kindly tell me the difference between adhesions(present during last surgery-construction of IPAA,as well as during closure of ileostomy) and interloop adhesions(found during closure of ileostomy only)..What do they mean?Can interloop adhesions cause cramps,loud abdominal sounds etc..Please answer...

Inter loop adhesions will occur after bowel surgery.. Don’t panic all u need is proper treatment and follow up with ur regular dr
