I have been having pain while trying to do intercourse with my husband for a year now.. what could this be?

Maybe Vaginal infection.Meet to gynaecologist in person and get examined by her.After examination she will prescribe some medicine oral as well as local.Husband also should take treatment and no sex for 10 days.
