Hello, we had first sex on wedding night. It was painful. I noticed some blood coming from vagina. Why is it so? Also if I want to do family planning then condom is required every time?

Don't worry little bit bleeding on first time intercorse is normal.
But if more bleeding than immediately consult Gynecologist near by u.
And regarding contraception condom is safe and effective.
Best is avoid unprotected sex during ur ovulation days.
