get a hemogram done n follow up with reports more likely to b upper respiratory infection bt its better to cnfirm it. mean while take tab azithromycin 500mg once a day fr 5 days tab pan 40mg once a day fr 5 days tab limcee once a day fr 15 days syp grilinctus 2tbs fr 5 days thrice a day tab dolo 650 mg thrice a day till throat pain or fever is dere

Hello dear patient you are having upper respiratory tract infection since you are having treatment for throat infection, this usually causes shivering like this. You should continue with antibiotics like azithromycin or augmentin. Take crocin 650 mg whenever you have fever.tc
