I'm having intensive pain in my body, specially in head and legs and also suffering from 103°F fever from last night. Also my stomach feels full and it seams I'm using the toilet less lately.

Hello. You may be suffering from urinary tract infection or viral illnesd, which is causing this fever. Take CALPOL 650mg tab thrice daily after meals for fever. Take plenty of water orally >3lit/day. Do blood tests for Complete hemogram, Urea, Creatinine, CRP and Urine routine examination. Follow up with reports. Hope this helps.

I can understand your concern.
Your temperature is high. I would suggest you take tab. Dolo 650 thrice a day after food for 2 days and drink plenty of fluids. Could be a viral fever.
If it still persists beyond 2 days, consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
