Insulin Glargine Solostar Lantus
On doctors prescription I have started taking 10 units of Insulin Glargine Solostar Lantus pre filled pen around 9pm daily and also take one tablet a day of Istamet D - XR 1000 by Sun Pharma composition Contains [Dapagliflozin (10mg)+ Metformin (1000mg)+ Sitagliptin (100mg)]. Now my fasting blood sugar is ranging between 138 to 166. Also I am following a strict low carb diet and dinner. Please advice on how to bring blood sugar to normal ranges and whether to increase on insulin units or not. Should I continue with medicine I am taking Istamet D -XR 1000 ?
