I can not sleep at night... At times I don't sleep at all during night. I am under no stressful conditions yet I can not sleep.

But your daytime habits, bedtime routine, and physical health can also play a major role. go to bed and get at right time ,don't sleep in day time ,avoid coffee ,tea in night ,don't watch TV ,computer while sleeping , do exercise daily in morning , don't worry too much ,don't strain yourself much
