Have been unable to sleep properly for like a month and sometimes can't sleep even the whole night. Usually workout twice a day and also eat well. But still cant have sufficient sleep

U need to be more specific...weather its initial or maintenance or terminal?? As treatment do differ .. for mild insomnia u can practice sleep hygiene techniques... Mod to severe do need proper consult ..
