You can take alprax 0.5 mg at night just one or two day's.
It is a prescription Medicine you won't get it without prescription.
If your sleep is distrurbed for more than a week or so, you must visit a psychiatrist. Sleep is an integral biofunction and poor sleep may be due to some stress. Get urself evaluated.
