I'm working in IT and I run a business part time. My meetings goes till 11:30pm. Recently I have seen that I'm unable to sleep at night. I sleep early in the morning after 3 or 3:30 am. I'm not able to compensate the sleep the next day also. I feel my biological cycle is so messed up. No matter how hard I try to sleep early I'm unable to. If I sleep early around 10pm I get up after 3 hours of sleep around 1am and stay awake till 4am, but then sleep till 12pm. I'm feeling so frustrated because of this. Kindly help me to regulate my sleep schedule.
