Insomnia issue
I have long term insomnia issue I'm taking mirtezapine 7.5mg for 5 years the I stopped it and taking it then dr prescribed me nexito plus 5 mg and placida 10 mg after 2 years it's not working so my local dr prescribed me clonofit plus 10 mg after some days it's work but now my sleep cycle change I sleep around 10 am and wake up at 8 pm all night I feel not sleepy I'm taking lodoz 5 mg for bp also what to do I'm not able to work and lying on bed all day and night
