I am 22 year old male who is having insomnia issues basically i can get to sleep but after 3-5 hours i wake up to pee and then cannot fall into proper sleep only for short amount of time and also i have a overactive bladder, for my overactive bladder i had urine test and kug ultrasound which revealed that everything was normal

Hi.... Exercise and stay active. Activity helps promote a good night's sleep. Get at least 20 to 30 minutes of vigorous exercise daily at least five to six hours before bedtime.
Avoid or limit naps. Naps can make it harder to fall asleep at night. If you can't get by without one, try to limit a nap to no more than 30 minutes and don't nap after 3 p.m.
... Avoid drinks that may irritate your bladder.Avoid coffee, alcohol, and soft drinks containing citrus juices or caffeine until your infection has cleared. They can irritate your bladder and tend to aggravate your frequent or urgent need to urinate.
