Hi! I am suffering from Insomnia disorder from past 10 years, only sleeps for 1 or 2 hours in a day. Have Tried Nexito, Zolfresh but medicines work only for few days. This lead me to depression, anxiety and mood swings. Please suggest me best way to get over this. I am a diabetic as well and taking Medicines for it. Life is becoming big problem nowm
