Insomania and tension
From past two three months my wife has sleepless nights. She is an IT professional and has hectic job profile. She is mostly tensed due to work and household chores.She often do yoga/walking. please suggest remedy for the same.

I need to know the pattern of sleep disturbance. If she's finding it difficult to fall asleep or if she's waking up in the middle of night and unable to sleep again. Yoga is very helpful. So is exercises. Avoid taking too much caffeine.
