Hello, your mother needs immediate attention by the physician and the surgeon. She has diabetic complications as described by you. The insensitive foot is a common complication of diabetes affecting nerves. This is called as peripheral neuropathy which if not treated may lead to diabetic foot and in worst case scenario the amputation of toes or gangrene. So treat it on war level. Other holistic treatment can be considered later which is very important. Stress, Personality, spiritual things etc could be delt with later.
