I had an insect sting on my right hand. Initially i thought it would be ok but later it got spread some more area on hand and it is so itchy. Are there any chances for it to become infectious? Please Suggest me some remedy for this.

yes it could get infected. but the inflammation is causing the problems which you are facing. suggest you to visit a doctor who would prescribe appropriate medicine to reduce inflammation .
infection and inflammation are different entities. if the area is infected the doctor would prescribe appropriate medicines for that also.
