Feeling random stinging sensation on skin, throughout body. Please advice correct diasnosis that need to be done. Should I consult a neurologist or dermatologist.

Hello! It depends on the other medical conditions you have. For example such symptoms in a long term diabetic person may indicate the involvement of nerves hence may consult a neurologist. If you have some associated skin changes then it could be a skin disorder too.
