Insect bites always happen on exposed parts of body especially hands and feet. Blisters can be due to increased immune response by the child For getting rid of insects use insecticide treated bed nets. This could also be an infection
Next Steps
Take a 2nd opinion regarding the same. start antibiotic for 5 days just to be sure if it's infection its treated.
