Do you know what insect bit your baby?
Is the whole feet swollen or only bite area?
It’s nice of you to share the photo, but I’m not sure if whole feet is swollen
1.You can use Atarax ointment locally to relieve itching.
2. You can also use ice cubes to relieve both swelling and itching temporarily
