Insect bite
I have been bitten by a small insect called pis or pisu flea black color the bump is pretty red and has a white head and is very very very itchy is there any ointment that can be applied for itch and swollen relief I have already used calamine lotion and clobeta gm cream but it's still itchy please suggest a good ointment

Don't apply clobate gm it contains steroid.
Looks like bump is infected .
