Sharp edge of upper wisdom tooth is hurting the mucosa in that region. Sharp edge of the tooth can be smoothened or wisdom tooth can be removed. There is no harm in removing wisdom tooth.
Next Steps
Visit dentist for clinical examination.

Hi! The last tooth on the top is growing / placed in such a way that it will be harming your cheek. That's the reason that you are experiencing this.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist and plan for the removal of that tooth. This will mostly solve your problem and relieve you of the pain and discomfort.
