Injury Mark related problem

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi Doctor, Recently my wife met a minor accident. She has now left with light injury marks on chin and forehead. I have Jubare skin whitening cream. Can we use this on these marks? Or should we consult a dermatologist? Please help.
