What are the mandatory or preferred injections to be taken during the pregnancy and what is the best time in week to get them?

You only need two doses of tetanus vaccine in pregnancy, given in second trimester after 16 weeks. second dose is given 4-6 weeks later. If everything is normal, no other injections are usually needed.
