Injection menotas 75 is safe?
I will be going through IUI treatment as i am suffering from infertility due to endometriosis cyst in both the ovaries. Are this injections safe for endo cyst? Are there any side effects?

No the injection are safe . How ever the endometriotic cyst will have to be watched for progression
