Im a breastfeeding mother of a 2 months oldbaby... i have fever of 102f from yestrday... i wasprescribed dolo 650. .. can i take injection? will it harm my baby?

dolo650is banned drug. no need of injection. take paracetamol 1 tab sos .
youare fit to swallow tablet , why injection. whatever route of medicine, it takes same time to act., you are unnecessarily risking Rule is to avoid injection
