I am 34 weeks pregnant female and in culture report I found E Coli bacteria 1000 mg. Pls advise should I take Injection Amikacin 750 mg as prescribed.

Did your doctor recommend this ? What other antibiotics were found to be sensitive? Ecoli count 1000 is not very significant.
