Hello, before 2yrs i got my appendicitis and right ovary removed, and from jan 24 iam taking infertility treatment and doctor suggested to take ovitrop hp 75mg for 3 days at a same timings i did tat and after some days i do have severe abdominal cramps as well as pain in the right side, i usually take all the inj incl hcg in right side of my hip, now i wanted to know the pain vcg iam suffering is coz of ovitrop or not, if yes then please let me know how long time it will get subsided

What you can develop (as a side effect) is ovarian hyperstimulation. Your right ovary has been removed. So this problem can occur only on the left side.
It will be better to get a sonography of the lower abdomen done. The evidence will be shown in the sonography.
