Inhaled disinfectant spray
I suspect that I inhaled savlon disinfectant spray by mistake. The evening I did, I was spraying it on my mask. I wore that mask later.
Next morning I woke up with a sore throat and cough with more than usual phlegm.

Pl do not worry. Do Salt water gargling. Take good amount of water. You will be alright.
