Ingrown toe nail fungus
My toe nail was infected with pus and took out that part of the nail which was paining which made it worse. Now it's all lot of pus and it's paining till my thighs. Don't know what to do

Part of it is still remaining inside Need to be removed surgically Take tab augmentin 625 tds for 5 days Apply fusidic acid cream over the affected part locally Tab dolo 650 sos for pain and fever Don't use any type of instrument on your infected part , don't try to remove the nail on your own Consult a surgeon for toe nail removal

Put your leg in warm water mixed with salt after cleaning the wound with antiseptic solution   to reduce swelling

Due spread of infection,do hot saline fomentation,wash with betadine lotion,start antibiotic like Augmentin 625 1 bd at least three days along with anti inflammatory like T. Flexion 1tds pc and cap Vizyla1 daiy x 3 days,rest the leg
