Information on vitamin E supplement

I was facing a problem of hair fall . After consulting a doctor he recommended me keratoderm multivitamin tablet and b hair lotion . I took it almost for a month and now I can say my hair fall has reduced a lot the doctor is also giving me lazer hair treatment and he says i should take PRP as a next step . 4 session of it are recommended . I want to know if I should take PRP because without PRP I have got good results . Also should I consider taking vitamin E Supplement to increase the density of my hair because my hair are still thin
