Hello Doctors,
I have abdominal pain from last one month with sometimes I have diarrhoea sometimes I have constipation even normal stool.
The colour of stool sometimes change and coming with blood. I attached the stool photo kindly let me know is it something serious? I Have Antral Gastritis

Blood test CBC with peripheral smear ,LFT and serum CEA to be done
