Inflammation of tendon of finger
Since last 1 month I have been diagnosed with inflammation of tendon of ring finger. (I have rheumatoid arthritis since 15 years) . What should be done for it?Should I do exercise? Please advise. Thank you!

Hi mam If you have rheumatoid arthritis then Do not eat:- Rice,maize roti and curd and besan,urad dal Do this :- Boil some curry leaves in water for ten min. On low flame and drink half glass of water BD ( twice in a day ) morning empty stomach and in evening . :- Do massage of mahanarayn oil on the joints where you feel pain. Take this medicine for one month:- :- Yograj guggul 1 tablet BD( after breakfast and dinner) :- mahayograj guggul 1 tablet BD( after breakfast and dinner). :- send your report of blood urea and thyroid.

Any swan neck deformity appears in fingers ? And what about Your recent reports says ? Sr urea ,sr creat , uric acid ? Crp and esr ? Take 1-simhanada guggulu 4-0-4 bd after food (chew and take ) 2- Gokshuradi guggulu 2-2-2 tid after food 3- Rasana Erandadi kashya 40-40-40 ml tid with 1 glass of water 4 - Gandharv hastadi tail 40 ml weekly twice with 1/2 cup of milk at night after 1 hrs of dinner 5 - Vata gajankush rasa 500 mg 2-0-2 bd after food

Avoid oil massage it will aggravates your stiffness or pain Make a pottali at home - make a sand pottali by using thick cotton cloth add saindav lavan in take make it hot over frying pan or tava and apply over joint which will help to reduce pain and stiffness before application check over your hand and it can be tolerable according to temperature of pottali
