Inflammation in glans

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I am experiencing an inflammation in glans of the penis. Not able to retract the skin as it causes pain. Red spots have appeared. On searching I found it might be balanitis. So I want to know what causes it, what should I do to cure it and prevent in near future.?
