I am a little curious, my erections are stiff but the head of my penis remains soft, it increases in size due to blood flow but is not 'rock hard'. Is this normal or is it maybe related to poor circulation. If this is so than why is the shaft hard and not the head?? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

The head is always softer than the shaft. Due to variations in circulation the head may appear softer than the shaft at times. It does not affect sexual performance at all.
