Infiltrate right upper lobe
There is an infiltrate seen in the right upper lobe which is somewhat ill defined and i suspect small granulomata overlying the anterior aspect of the right second rib . The right hilum is slightly retracted superiorily .

Findings are suggestive of tuberculosis, need to get examined.
