Ptb, Fibroid type
I took an x-ray and I was advised to do an ALV. The ALV finding is discrete and linear infiltrates are noted in the left upper lobe. Right upper lobe is clear. Suggestive of a chronic inflammatory lung disease compatible with ptb, fibroid type. What does this mean?
