Infertility problem
IVF and infertility specialist found moderate PID in my case. So for that she suggested to do laparoscopy. Can I do IVF directly. Other reports are normal. But Amh is 0.98 and fsh and LH is normal. One left side fallopian tube is blocked. Please suggest.

You can go ahead with Ivf but if there are adhesions in your pelvis then there can be problem for egg retrieval. What was the reason for laparoscopy apart from PID? You need not worry about your blocked tube when going for Ivf. Your AMH is low so don't wait further. Just go ahead and do Ivf

It's not normal to have  infertility/ fertility issues, period problems like irregular periods  ( early or late), missing periods, spotting between periods, prolonged heavy flow, pains and cramps during cycle, PMS and mood changes before periods, PCOS, Fibroid, Endometriosis,  fertility issues, tiredness, hair fall,  sleep disturbances, weight issues etc. If it is happening to you,  it's a sign of underlying  hormone  imbalance  which needs further evaluation with blood investigations , scan etc. Good news is that all your problems  can be totally  reversed , not by masking the symptoms  with pills but by addressing  the underlying  cause of the problem and healing it from the ROOT cause which is not in your pelvis BTW. Hundreds if women have reversed their fertility issues by addressing the root cause of the problem and have has healthy beautiful babies. Hope it helps..... Feel free to connect with me on Practo direct consult if you want more support.
