My first ivf cycle has failed with two 5AA grade embryo transfer. Now dr. Suggest me for immunotherapy. Is it really necessary to go with immunotherapy. It has been three years of my marriage. And once I conceived naturally but misscarried. My amh is 0.546. please advise

It's not mandatory to do.Instead you can do a PGT test for the embryos that will be more important.Immunotherapy is considered in case of recurrent failure to implant
Try for natural conception.eventhough there is low Amh there's a chance of conceiving naturally.its only 3 yrs in marriage.Take a gap of 6 months,then try for any other ART.
