Infertility
My age is 35 and My tsh is 5.96 and having 75mcg thyroxine but not able to conceive, please suggest me right medicine dose. Also what is the ideal tsh level for conceiving?

Your TSH level on medication shows subclinical hypothyroidism. In order to improve your chances of conceiving, the TSH goal is less than 2.5 It is also recommended to get thyroid antibodies evaluated to determine cause of hypothyroidism and how that would impact future pregnancy. It would also be helpful to evaluate you for other hormonal causes of infertility besides treating the thyroid
