Infertility issues
I have been recently diagnosed with pcod and my husband has been diagnosed with asthenozoospermia with progressive motility at 5% and sperm count of 22.5 ml. He had taken fertomid 25 mg for a month, however reports have still been the same. Will it be possible to conceive naturally or do we have to go via the iui and icsi-ivf route. The fertility doctor told us to try one round of iui but the chances of success are very slim since the motility is very low. We have been suggested ivf-icsi but was wondering if there was any other alternative treatment. Thank you
