Hi I am 32 years old female. I have normal cycles. My right tube is completely blocked due to a previous ectopic pregnancy. From last three cycles i am on siphene. From last 5 cycles my follicles are being monitored which shows every time I have dominant follicles in right ovary. I have 2 queries
1. Despite of taking siphene I have dominant follicles in right side and my right side tube is blocked. Is there any way to have dominant follicles on left side?
2. This cycle my ultrasound report shows follicles of size 15 and 14mm on right side and 12 mm on left side. Can hcg shot help me get left side follicle rupture? Or only dominating follicles will rupture???

Only dominant follicle will rupture even after injection. But right tube is blocked so you have to wait till follicle will grow in left side then injection for rupture of egg and relation with partner.
