Hi, we had 5 IUIs so far , but never get success, wid the time we are losing faith on treatment still , I want to ask are we wasting our time in IUIs and naturally trying for conceiving, or should switch it to IVF now, My Sperm Count is Normal , and My wife's all tests are normal but she has some cysts nd ovaries are a bit bulky, however as per my gynaecologist it doesn't bother much , her endometrium is also gud around 14-15mm, and her tubes are also normal, normal weight no extra hair growth, still failed to conceive, my age is 30 and her age is 27 , plz suggest the best, thanks

Looks like unexplained infertility and don’t worry it is very common not to find any reason not to conceive.almost 1/3 rd cases are like this.see a fertility expert and if necessary move to Ivf

Hello
This is unexplained infertility.
It’s time to move to Ivf, since you have already had 5 IUI cycles
If you wish to wait for some time, please ensure that your wife has satisfactory egg numbers by doing an AMH test.
Please visit a fertility specialist to get further guidance
The succes of IUI is best in first 3 cycles only
After that the succes decreases drastically
Looks like u have unexplained infertility
Kindly show a good infertility specialist and go forward with IVF if he/ she suggests
