There is inferior turbinate hypertrophy more on the right side if the ct film is held properly, and prominent septal tubercle.

There is obvious septal deviation to left which is obstructing the normal airflow through nose.

Your sinuses seem clear. There is some inferior turbinate hypertrophy. If you have nasal block only when you have cold, symptomatic measures like steam inhalation should help. But if your nasal block is persistent, use Flutiflo ft nasal spray once at night for two weeks. Can review after that
