Infection on skin
Hello doctor, My younger brother has some infection on his stomach and it kept growing , he had been using some antifungal shampoo and creams as prescribed by a family doctor, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Apart from that there is not any other symptom. Attaching the pic, should he getting immediate attention? And what could be causing it. Thank you in advance

Could be pityriasis versicolor which is a fungal infection. It's treated with medicines and shampoos. It clears fast but takes 1-2 months for color to become normal.
Next Steps
consult a dermatologist with details of shampoo and cream that he was applying.
