Greetings. Soreness of scalp could be the result of Seborrhoea / folliculitis/ sebopsoriasis/ rosacea of scalp etc. Your pictures are indicative of scalp folliculitis. One of the easiest way of dealing with these is use of an antifungal shampoo under prescription. This folliculitis could also be due to bacterial infection. See a qualified dermatologist in your city.

Stop using hair oil as it can aggravate folliculitis in some people. Use cetrilak mild shampoo for scalp washes regularly. It is an antiseptic.
