Infection on penis
The serenity of my life has changed , approximately one year ago i started itching my balls and foreskin and the consequences of it gave me a visit this month , the foreskin has turned into a red and dry skin , also the other parts of my balls , i keep it under control by using coconut oil but the harsh red dry skin comes back , yesterday night , i scratched my penis so hazardly that now even a tiny erection makes me want to leave this world , help me anyone? And is this issue concerned with dermatology ,or urology?

Don't worry...you are suffering from Fungus infection causing this.. Medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription by sending photos.

As you said there are red skin lesions and itching, it is concerned with Dermatology first. Better if you discuss in detail with images in a direct online consultation.
Next Steps
Discussion will help us to know if there's anything concerned with urology also.
