Infection in my throt from very long
Hi doctor, I am dealing with a severe constipation problem from last 4 years approx and acid reflux is a common thing happening to me, burning chest and stomach is a regular problem,thus it makes an infection in my throat. Throat pains,burns qhile eating even less spicy,change in voice and cannot talk long as it starts paining and voice gets changed. Please help

Hi , looks like you are suffering from LPRD. But as it also associated with other issues , you need to consult ENT and gastroenterologist.  If necessary can go for upper GI endoscopy and few other tests for H pylori infection . Few modifications in life style is also needed.

You are suffering from GERD. avoid spicy and oily food. Eat dinner 3 hours before sleep. U'll need anti reflux medicines also. The treatment might be needed for some time for good results

Need to know more history..snoring, mouth bteathing, life style habits alot can influence the reflux and constipation
