Infection in mouth walls
Hi Sir,
I am having IBS, vitamin b12 and Vitamin D deficiency. Since 5 months I am having coin sized dark red Spot on right mouth wall and not having any pain. Some times I feel sensation. Recently I found one more spot above the front teeth gums. I am feeling like it spreading across mouth. I vested dentist they told that there is no dental issues. Physician is not even looking at it but giving some medicine. It's not getting cured. Could you please suggest some solution for it. In case if it's not gastric related issue kindly please suggest right place to consult.

Hi.... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function. If you have diarrhea, you may find that eating small, frequent meals makes you feel better. But if you're constipated, eating larger amounts of high-fiber foods may help move food through your intestines.
Take care with dairy products. If you're lactose intolerant, try substituting yogurt for milk. ...
